SicgilSol can also offer NitroSOL to be hooked up to your compressed air system to use a compressor if present already.

Reliability:
The complete NitroSOL system being handled by programmed PLC systems, it provides a completely reliable “start-and-forget” system. Based on your consumption, the NitroSOL system will stop and start whenever required to match your consumption.
With a backup system provided by the traditional liquid/cylinder supply to match supply in case of emergency or maintenance, NitroSOL becomes even more reliable.

Compact Design:
The complete NitroSOL system can be remotely handled over internet from your office. Complete control over the system allows proper reporting of all variables related to nitrogen stream and installed components.

The production of nitrogen can be achieved through various methods to meet your needs:

  1. PSA systems: NitroSOL P is a technology based on the PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, further enhanced through SOL experience and working knowledge. This system makes use of adsorbers with molecular sieves to “filter” nitrogen from compressed air feed.
  2. Membrane Systems: NitroSOL M works on membrane technology and uses a series of hollow tubes through which compressed air is forced to pass. The walls of the tubes have holes small enough for for CO, CO2 and O2 to pass, but do not let N2 to get through.
  3. De-Oxo Systems: A de-oxo dryer system uses hydrogen to reduce residual oxygen in the nitrogen stream. When conjoined with a nitrogen onsite solution (NitroSOL D), this helps in generating very high purity nitrogen as required by your process.
  4. Cryogenic Systems: If the nitrogen requirements are high, a small cryogenic unit is installed at the customer site. This uses the cold of liquid nitrogen to liquefy air, which is then distilled to produce pure nitrogen. NitroSOL C is capable of generating nitrogen for flowrates more than 300m3/hr.
