Vacuum Insulated Cryogenic Liquid Storage Tank

High-grade stainless steel valves, level gauge and components selected for their reliability. 100%seamless stainless steel 304 for all piping in the vacuum interspace to ensure a long, leak and maintenance free lift. Superior paint quality exclusive 3-coat, paint process guarantees exceptional long-term resistance to chipping, corrosion, and oxidation. Use of innovative vacuum with perlite insulation process guarantees an extremely long life with capacity from 01kl to 60kl. Ultra clean inner vessel, piping and valves cleaned using passivation, hydraulically tested with deionized water, degreased for medical oxygen service.

Atmospheric Vapourizer

High-grade ambient air heated vertical vaporizer with operating ambient temp of 25 deg c, design temperature of -196 deg c to + 65 deg c and the outlet temperature of 10 deg c below ambient. The flow rate of the required range and design code as same sec viii div I, ed-2007, ad 2008 with the normal operating pressure of required range.

Duplex Pressure Reduction Station

High quality required capacity regulators (2 nos on the spool) with ss ball valves, safety relief valve, pressure gauge, check valve, ms structure, and thermal relief valve.
